Patient Support Assistant

We’re a growing day-care surgical centre and are looking for friendly, patient-focused BD Executives who can guide patients and their families with clarity and care.

1.Speak to patients on inbound and outbound calls

Understand their concerns and explain our services simply

2.Help them schedule consultations and procedures

3.Coordinate with doctors and operations for a smooth experience

4.Follow up and keep everything updated in CRM

5.Maintaning MIS.

Skills:

1.2+ years in BD/Sales (healthcare experience is a bonus)

2.Good communication and people-handling skills

Someone who can stay calm, listen well, and solve problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
