Patient Tele educator

e are Looking for Patient Educator to Join our Team !

Responsibilities

1-Communicating with patients suffering from chronic diseases that we support in our programs and helping them to manage their diseases to improve their quality of life.

2- Increasing awareness of our patients about their diseases.

3- Supporting patients to comply with their treating physician’s instructions regarding their medications, life style, etc.

4- Giving educational sessions to the patients about their diseases through our centers/ contracted hospitals.

5-Handling any problems or Complaints that may be raised from our Patients

.6-Handlings stocks and fulfill all inventories and paper work & cover dropped shifts.

7-Co-operate with Medical & Marketing departments

.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Vet, Dentist, Science, Biotechnology )

Experience: 0-1 year in Medical field

Location: Cairo residents
