Patient Transport Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Transportation Driver (CNA Required) to safely transport residents to and from medical appointments while also assisting with basic personal care needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, values safety, and takes pride in providing respectful, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from dialysis appointments, doctor visits, and community outings
• Assist residents with bathing and personal care as needed
• Support resident participation in activities and scheduled events
• Ensure resident safety during transport, including vehicle entry and exit
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and medical providers
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – required
• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background check and driving record review
