What You'll Do:

• Drive company vehicles to transport patients to medical appointments
• Pick up company vehicle from our Taunton office at start of shift
• Safely transport elderly and disabled patients to medical appointments (dialysis, doctor visits, physical therapy)
• Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout transport
• Maintain accurate trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and medical facilities
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

Requirements

Must Have:

• Age 19 or older
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Clean driving record (no major violations in past 5 years)
• 3+ years of driving experience
• Ability to commute to Taunton office to pick up company vehicle
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to assist patients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience with elderly or disabled passengers
• Customer service background
• Healthcare or transportation experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving
• Capability to assist passengers in and out of vehicles
• Ability to operate wheelchairs and mobility equipment
• Comfortable lifting and positioning wheelchair equipment

Schedule

• Shifts available between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Flexible part-time and full-time schedules
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Typical shifts: 4-12 hours
