Job Summary and Qualifications

We are looking for a compassionate and ambitious Patient Transporter to provide clinical support to patients of all populations. Our team is amazing, we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. • You will transport patients to and from the Radiology Department.
• You will become familiar with and be able to adequately inform and explain to patients all procedures, preparations and examinations.
• You will maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of all stretchers, wheelchairs and transport devices.
• You will clean processor, visually inspect for problems and run quality control strip.

• You will perform processor start-up and shut-down procedures.
  

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date,
• Previous patient care experience in a hospital experience is preferred
