Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, grievances, and feedback.
  • Educate patients and families about hospital policies, patient rights, and available services.
  • Assist patients with admission, discharge, billing clarifications, and access to welfare schemes or insurance.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to resolve patient-related issues promptly.
  • Support vulnerable patients (elderly, disabled, low-income, or unaccompanied patients).
  • Monitor patient satisfaction and conduct patient rounds when required.
  • Facilitate counseling and emotional support for patients and families.
  • Ensure compliance with patient rights, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, resolutions, and welfare interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to patient care and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
