Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Flex Patrol Officer to support multiple sites in the Fort Collins area. This role is coverage-based, so assignments and hours may shift depending on operational needs.

The position involves mobile patrol work, reporting, and maintaining a visible presence across different locations. It’s a strong fit for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working on their own.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate patrol vehicles to complete assigned routes
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols at various locations
• Monitor for safety issues, suspicious activity, or policy violations
• Maintain a visible presence to discourage unauthorized behavior
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports with clear details
• Use company systems for reporting and task tracking
• Communicate updates or concerns with supervisors or dispatch
• Follow all post orders and company procedures
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to safely operate patrol vehicles
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible and changing schedules
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in security, patrol, or similar roles
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  
  

Work Environment

• Mobile patrol role covering multiple sites
• Combination of driving, walking, and standing
• Mix of indoor and outdoor assignments depending on location
