Job Description:

• Supervise and monitor daily cyclist operations on the ground, ensuring smooth delivery workflows.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure timely pickups and deliveries by the cycling team.
• Track and report performance metrics, including delivery times, rider productivity, and incident reports.
• Address and resolve rider queries, challenges, and escalations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
• Support onboarding of new cyclists, providing guidance and training as required.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams for route planning, scheduling, and problem-solving.
• Monitor bike maintenance and fuel usage to optimize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision preferred.
• Good knowledge of the local area and traffic regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-ground, often outdoors, in varying weather conditions.
• Physically fit to patrol areas by bike.
