Patrolling Security Supervisor (SIRA CERTIFIED)

Job Summary

The Patrolling Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating mobile patrol security operations across assigned sites. The role ensures effective security coverage, compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local authority regulations. The Patrolling Supervisor leads patrolling officers, conducts inspections, responds to incidents, and maintains high service standards at all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mobile patrol security officers across multiple assigned sites.
• Plan and implement patrol routes, schedules, and deployment plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, security, and compliance.
• Monitor patrol performance and ensure adherence to SOPs and client requirements.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents.
• Investigate incidents and prepare accurate incident and daily patrol reports.
• Liaise with clients, management, and local authorities when required.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of patrol vehicles, communication devices, and security equipment.
• Conduct on-the-job training, briefings, and performance evaluations for patrol staff.
• Enforce discipline and ensure staff appearance and conduct meet company standards.
• Report operational issues, risks, and recommendations to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in security operations or mobile patrolling.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team-lead role is mandatory.
• Valid Security License (SIRA / equivalent – if applicable).
• Valid UAE driving license (manual preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and incident handling.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in patrol monitoring systems (QR / GPS-based patrols).
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and access control.
• Customer service and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts (day/night).
• Outdoor and field-based role.
• Requires frequent site visits and driving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
