Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive SIRA Certified Patrolling Supervisor to oversee security operations across multiple sites. The successful candidate will supervise security personnel, conduct regular patrol inspections, ensure compliance with security procedures, and maintain high standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor security guards assigned to various locations.
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections to ensure security standards are maintained.
• Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies, client requirements, and SIRA regulations.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and incident reports.
• Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate shift schedules and manpower deployment.
• Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, management, and security teams.
• Ensure patrol vehicles, equipment, and security systems are properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate/License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory security role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Proficient in basic computer applications and reporting systems.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
