Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine initial samples while overseeing quality
• Ensure perfect garment fit and construction
• Create clothing patterns from sketches, samples, or photos
• Conduct fittings and adjustments
• Perform precise, high-end tailoring and pattern grading
• Prepare complete technical documentation for every model (cutting details, size charts, processing recommendations)

Requirements:

• Experience working with premium fashion brands or custom tailoring studios
• A portfolio demonstrating your work (required)
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and enhance your skills
• English proficiency is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
