Pavement Maintenance Crew Chief

The Twin Cites, MN based crew chief will directly supervise from several small teams of pavement maintenance technicians. Crew Leader will be responsible for:

• hiring and training the technicians
• ensuring the timely completion of jobs
• providing clear communication between the crew and the office team
• ensure quality completion of jobs and re-training crew members as necessary
• may be expected to complete pavement maintenance jobs with high quality to minimize redo's and maximize the customer experience

This role will be required to work when the crew is working: evenings, weekends or overnights, depending on the jobs and the weather

The preferred candidate will have 1+ years leadership experience in a related service based industry

**For us to obtain insurance for you to drive company owned vehicles, candidates must have a clean driving record with a valid Driver's License**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with no DWI infractions (Required)
