Paver/ Brick/ Stone installer

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Paver, Brick, and Stone Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and aesthetically pleasing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and decorative stonework. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional works of art, ensuring quality craftsmanship and safety standards are met at every stage of the project. Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by measuring, marking, and setting out layouts according to blueprints and schematics.
• Install pavers, bricks, stones, and concrete blocks using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail and quality.
• Operate heavy equipment such as compactors and loaders to assist in site preparation and material handling.
• Mix and pour concrete for foundations or setting beds, finishing surfaces with concrete finishing tools for a smooth finish.
• Install rebar reinforcement as needed for stability in larger structures or retaining walls.
• Apply caulking, stucco, or plastering techniques for finishing touches on masonry projects.
• Use a variety of hand tools including trowels, hammers, chisels, saws, and levels to execute precise installations..

Requirements

• Proven experience in hardscape installation, masonry work, or related construction roles with a focus on paver/brick/stone projects.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with concrete forming techniques, rebar installation.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels; experience with plastering or stucco application is desirable.
• Knowledge of schematics and technical drawings relevant to masonry or restoration projects.
• Excellent physical stamina for standing, lifting heavy materials, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting project plans effectively.
