Pawn Broker and Sales Associate

Local family owned business is currently hiring for pawn brokers and sales associates who are eager for an exciting new career. We service three locations around North Carolina. One in Mount Holly, NC and two in Gastonia, NC. We are looking for dependable and dedicated individuals with a willingness to learn. Must have strong communication skills, knowledge in executing negotiations, and an aggressive salesman personality. Daily responsibilities will include processing loans, extension payments, sales, purchases, and layaways. In addition to appraising items such as electronics, tools, musical equipment, jewelry, and firearms. Have the ability to work five days a week including Saturdays.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background screening.
• Pass a drug test screening.
• Desire to work as a team and directly with customers.
• Have at least a minimum of one year of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Bilingual a plus
