Position Overview
We are seeking a Pawnshop Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage daily pawnshop operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, customer service knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, staff, and vendors. The Pawnshop Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining PTS Gadget Pawnshop LLC’s reputation for trust and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pawnshop operations including item intake, valuation, and loan processing.
• Liaise with customers to explain services, terms, and repayment schedules.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate documentation and secure handling of pledged items.
• Maintain records of transactions, contracts, and customer communications.
• Monitor inventory of pawned items and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s financial and pawnshop regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in pawnshop operations, retail, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of pawnshop processes, customer service, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and retail/financial management software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
