Job Summary

GTCFX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payment Associate to join our team in Dubai . This role is critical to ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant execution of all payment-related operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payment processing within an online trading brokerage environment and a strong understanding of regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Execution

  • Process all incoming payments accurately and within defined timelines.
  • Monitor and resolve deposit failures and PSP-related errors to maximize approval rates.
  • Manage, investigate, and escalate payment-related issues across payment processing systems.
  • Liaise with banks and third-party payment service providers (PSPs) regarding payment execution.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with banks and PSPs.
  • Execute payments through bank and PSP online platforms within currency cut-off times, ensuring strict adherence to internal SLAs.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all payment transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Identify, investigate, and appropriately escalate suspicious or unusual transactions in line with regulatory requirements.

Collaboration & Additional Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless payment operations and process efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement of payment workflows and controls.

Qualifications & Experience

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Payment Associate within same industry is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
