We are currently seeking a motivated, professional, and dependable Payment Collection Specialist to join our growing Buy Here Pay Here dealership team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to build customer relationships while maintaining professionalism, and experience handling past-due accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding past-due payments by phone, text, and email
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on commitments
• Maintain accurate account notes and customer records
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing company policies
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist in reducing charge-offs
• Work closely with management and sales staff to resolve account issues
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous collections, customer service, or automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Computer and phone system experience required
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
