Payments - BA:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Project Manager BA PM with a strong background in the Payments domain to lead strategic initiatives and modernization programs The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams ensuring that requirements are well defined gaps are identified and resolved and projects align with industry best practices The role involves contributing to the payments roadmap ensuring successful delivery and driving innovation in line with evolving market trends Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders operations and technology teams for all payments related initiatives Lead requirements gathering analysis and documentation for enhancements and new payment capabilities Perform gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies or system limitations proposing value driven solutions Work closely with product owners and architects to define the strategic roadmap for payments systems and infrastructure Contribute to the modernization of payment platforms including real time payments instant transfers and digital channels Manage and track project progress risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations Champion industry best practices in payments ensuring scalability efficiency and compliance Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and enhanced customer experience Required Skills Qualifications 8 years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Project Management with significant exposure to Payments systems Strong understanding of payment products and processes domestic and cross border payments RTGS SWIFT ACH SEPA NEFT etc Experience with payment gateways switches and integration with core banking systems Familiarity with real time payments digital wallets and open banking API based payment solutions Proven ability to identify and resolve business and system gaps ensuring alignment with strategic goals Demonstrated experience managing complex multi stakeholder projects in Agile or hybrid environments Knowledge of regulatory frameworks AML KYC sanctions PSD2 etc impacting the payments landscape Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem solving skills Professional certifications are preferred
