Job Title: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Payments

Overview:

Seeking an experienced BA/PM with strong Payments domain expertise to lead strategic initiatives and modernization programs. The role bridges business and technology teams, driving requirements, resolving gaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between business, operations, and technology for payments initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for new and enhanced payment capabilities.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable, value-driven solutions.
• Support the payments roadmap and modernization efforts (real-time payments, digital channels, instant transfers).
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years’ experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within Payments.
• Strong knowledge of domestic & cross-border payments (RTGS, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, NEFT).
• Experience with payment gateways, switches, and core banking integrations.
• Familiarity with real-time payments, digital wallets, and API/Open Banking solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (AML, KYC, sanctions, PSD2).
• Professional certifications preferred.
