Job Title: PayPal Accountant

Location: Cairo

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced PayPal Accountant to manage and reconcile all PayPal transactions, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining transparent and efficient payment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and record all PayPal transactions on a daily basis.

-Reconcile PayPal statements with company accounting records.

-Identify and resolve discrepancies in payments or refunds.

-Prepare monthly reports on PayPal balance and activity.

-Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to verify incoming payments.

-Assist with audits and financial analysis as needed.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-Proven experience (at least 4 years ) handling PayPal or online payment accounting.

-Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

-High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

-Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Preferred:

-Experience in e-commerce or international transactions.

-Familiarity with multiple currency accounting.
