Job Title: Payroll Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Accountant to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for an accounting professional with strong payroll experience and a solid understanding of Bahrain labor regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee settlements while providing support to the wider Accounting team when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines

• Ensure compliance with LMRA, GOSI, Bahrain labor laws, and company policies

• Prepare and calculate final settlements, end-of-service benefits, and indemnities

• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee payroll data

• Generate payroll reports and support payroll audits and reconciliations

• Assist the Accounts team with finance-related tasks as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in payroll administration and salary processing

• Strong understanding of Bahrain labor regulations, LMRA, and GOSI requirements

• Experience with final settlement and end-of-service benefit calculations

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
