Education:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field Experience:- 3–5 years of experience in payroll accounting, payroll processing, or a related function.
Job Description:-
- Review and verify monthly payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely processing of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and other employee payments.
- Reconcile payroll records with attendance, leave, and HR data.
- Verify statutory deductions, including EOBI, social security, income tax, and other applicable deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll-related records.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee queries.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in payroll audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
