Payroll Accountant (Tagalog)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service benefits
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and WPS requirements
  • Maintain payroll records and reports
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR on employee data and updates
  • Handle employee payroll queries

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3–4 years of payroll experience
  • Knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll practices
  • Strong Excel and payroll system skills
  • Strong Communication Skill
  • Fluent in English
