Payroll & Accounts Exec (Female – USA Trucking)

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Accounts Executive, preferably female candidates, to join our team. Applicants must have a strong background in USA Trucking / Logistics operations and hands-on experience in Payroll processing, Accounts Receivables, and industry-specific documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll and Accounts Receivables
• Mandatory experience in USA Trucking / Logistics
• Strong understanding of payroll cycles, driver settlements, and AR processes
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work with accuracy, meet deadlines, and manage time-sensitive tasks
• Proficiency in accounting tools/software (TMS or trucking-related systems preferred)
• Strong problem-solving, coordination, and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Manage and track Accounts Receivables, including follow-ups
• Coordinate with operations, drivers, and customers regarding financial documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Assist with resolving payroll or AR-related discrepancies
• Support daily accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial workflow
