PAYROLL AND BENEFITS COORDINATOR
1.0 FTE 12 month position
Location: District Office
General Definition of Work: Coordinates and processes payroll functions and information for the district and benefits administration. Provides support to the Business Manager. Full job description is available upon request.
Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting or finance or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-year post-secondary training in payroll, accounting, finance, benefits administration or related fields preferred. Experience utilizing accounting software and or HR/Payroll systems. The ability to pass a Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension Background Check.
Annual Salary: D.O.Q. (range $22/hr - $27/hr)
Benefits: Per the Auxiliary Staff Employee Agreement. Eligible for vacation time, sick time, personal time, paid holidays, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, PERA, and 403(b) match.
