Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is expanding our Human Resources Team and seeking a talented Payroll and Compensation Specialist for a newly created position. This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.

Essential Functions:
  • Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations
  • Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits
  • Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-making
  • Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs
  • Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems
Required Experience:
  • Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis
  • Strong numerical and accounting skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience, and other certifications or professional licenses held.
The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
