Job Summary:
Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll and Compensation Specialist to manage and oversee payroll processing, compensation administration, and related compliance. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll activities while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll accurately and on time according to company policies and legal regulations
- Manage compensation programs including salary administration, bonuses, and benefits coordination
- Maintain payroll records and documentation, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and queries
- Stay updated with labor laws and tax regulations impacting payroll and compensation
- Prepare reports related to payroll, taxation, and compensation for management review
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation management
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and relevant labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail and data integrity skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
