Payroll and HR Office Manager

Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00 In-Office Position

Office located on Harbison Avenue in North-East Philadelphia

We are seeking a highly organized Payroll and HR Office Manager to oversee the administration of payroll, human resources functions, and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of payroll processing, employee management, and office administration. This role requires a proactive approach to management, scheduling, and team supervision, ensuring smooth daily operations while fostering a positive work environment. The Payroll and HR Office Manager will serve as a key point of contact for staff and external vendors, maintaining compliance with law and company policies.

PRIMARY Duties

  • Office Staff Management
  • Administrative accounting, Payroll and HR Data Entry, etc.
  • Telephone, Email and Written communications

Prior office experience is required for this role, and training will be provided.

Open Position REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Email.
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required, accounting or business preferred.
  • Employment is subject to criminal background check and clearances
