ROLE PURPOSE
As a Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and seamless employee experience across the organization. You will support both HR and Finance operations by maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and operational excellence within a fast-paced automotive environment.
KEY RESBONSIBILTIES
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Generate monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee data, and HR documentation.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee compensation data.
- Monitor daily attendance, time-in/time-out records, absences, and late arrivals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Maintain and update annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leaves and other leave balances.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth salary transfers and payroll reconciliation.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation matters.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy and HR operational efficiency.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes from a payroll and benefits perspective.
- Ensure payroll calculations align with attendance, leave records, and approved adjustments.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, allowances, leave records, and approved adjustments.
- Administer employee benefits including insurance, allowances, leave balances, and final settlements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Payroll, Benefits, or HR Operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, compensation structures, and UAE labor regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
