Job Description- Payroll & Compliance Management

Managing end-to-end monthly payroll of employees through HRMS platforms.
Ensuring timely salary processing, income tax deductions (TDS), and compliance with Flexi Benefit Plans.
Managing proof collection and validation of tax-saving declarations under the old/new tax regimes.
Designing and administering the flexible benefits structure.
Statutory Compliance: Submission of Return Record Management.
Managing of Statutory Audits
Preparing and issuing Appointment Letters with detailed CTC structures.
Coordinating onboarding processes, data entry in HRMS, and compliance documentation. Maintaining statutory compliance records for ESIC, EPF, LWF, Minimum Wages, and Professional Tax.
Managing full and final settlements (FnF), relieving and experience letters issuance.
Handling employee queries, coordinating with finance, IT, and admin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
