Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Payroll Processing
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly salaries

2. Compliance & Statutory Deductions

  • Calculate and deduct PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory components
  • Ensure timely filing and payment of statutory dues
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and tax regulations

3. Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain updated payroll records for all employees
  • Manage onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data

4. Reporting & MIS

  • Generate payroll reports for management and audit purposes
  • Prepare monthly MIS on salary costs, deductions, and reimbursements
  • Support finance and HR teams with data as required

5. Reimbursements & Benefits

  • Process claims for travel, medical, and other reimbursements
  • Coordinate with HR for benefits like insurance, bonuses, and incentives
  • Ensure timely disbursement and documentation

6. Audit & Reconciliation

  • Reconcile payroll accounts with finance and bank statements
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation
  • Address discrepancies and resolve payroll-related queries

7. System & Process Improvements

  • Work with HRMS/payroll software for automation and accuracy
  • Suggest improvements to payroll processes and documentation
  • Ensure backup and data security protocols are followed
  • Validate attendance, leave, and overtime data
  • Handle salary revisions, arrears, and final settlements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
