Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive with strong knowledge in PF, ESI, Labour Law Compliance, and Payroll Processing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in statutory compliance and capable of handling end-to-end payroll operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.
• Handling Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance.
• Filing monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns.
• Managing Labour Law compliance and maintaining statutory registers.
• Coordinating with consultants and government departments when required.
• Preparing salary reports, payslips, and MIS reports.
• Handling full & final settlements.
• Ensuring compliance with Shops & Establishment Act and other labour regulations.
• Managing employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.
• Supporting audits and inspections.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong working knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws & Payroll Compliance
• Experience in handling statutory portals.
• Good knowledge of TDS, PT, LWF and other payroll deductions.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualification:

• MBA, MSW ..
• Certification in Payroll or Labour Law (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
