Payroll, HR & Office Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll, HR & Office Administrator to oversee payroll processing, employee administration, and day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly payroll with isolved software, including electronic timecard review and approvals
  • Manage employee electronic timesheets and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, hiring, and new hire paperwork
  • Schedule employee appointments, meetings, and trainings
  • Track and manage employee time off, PTO balances, and leave requests
  • Perform general administrative and office duties as needed
  • Assist Project Managers with administrative and office support
  • Assist the Accounting Manager with customer inquiries and deposit payments

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of payroll and/or HR experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with HR/payroll software (e.g., isolved, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity) is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Service Titan software is a plus, but not required
