We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll, HR & Office Administrator to oversee payroll processing, employee administration, and day-to-day office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll with isolved software, including electronic timecard review and approvals
- Manage employee electronic timesheets and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate employee onboarding, hiring, and new hire paperwork
- Schedule employee appointments, meetings, and trainings
- Track and manage employee time off, PTO balances, and leave requests
- Perform general administrative and office duties as needed
- Assist Project Managers with administrative and office support
- Assist the Accounting Manager with customer inquiries and deposit payments
Qualifications
- 1+ years of payroll and/or HR experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR/payroll software (e.g., isolved, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity) is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus, but not required
