We are looking for talented professionals to work within our Chartered Accountancy practice.

Timings – 11 am – 8 pm (this may vary slightly depending on workloads)

Salary – Market competitive

Job role

• Receive and store client data in the firm’s database system.
• Process wages and salaries for our clients’ employees, provide relevant reports to clients and advise on net salary payments and tax liabilities.
• Perform calculations such as pro-rated starter and leaver pay, holiday pay, statutory maternity/paternity pay, etc. Electronic submissions to UK HMRC (tax authority) and pension uploads.
• Email and verbal communication with colleagues, clients and UK authorities.

Education

Education – MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, BBA (Hons), BSC/MSC Mathematics.

Skills

• Previous experience in dealing with UK payroll will be preferred.
• Strong IT, Maths and Communication skills required. Candidates with fluent spoken English will be preferred.
• Payroll software experience e.g., Superpay, Bright Pay, Star Payroll, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar software.
