Payroll Specialist

Payroll Specialist – Kuwait

About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining up‑to‑date employee records, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and company policies. This role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll and HR records.
  • Ensure payroll activities comply with Kuwait labor laws, social security requirements, and internal policies.
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports and documentation for management and audit purposes.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll adjustments, benefits, and deductions.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and salary information.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in payroll processing (Kuwait experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, or ERP platforms.
  • Understanding of payroll regulations, labor law, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.


Preferred Skills

  • Professional certifications such as CPP , PHR , or equivalent.
  • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus.
