Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for preparing necessary information to meet bi-weekly payroll.

Job Duties
  • Prepare, analyze, review, and enter necessary data in order to meet bi-weekly payroll schedule for KidsPeace and all subsidiaries
  • Audit, analyze, and review wages and tax records for preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns and schedules. Prepare all payroll tax returns and deposits appropriate funds to satisfy all payroll tax liabilities
  • Administer employee tax levis, support orders, loans, insurance and benefits deductions, and communicate with the appropriate agencies regarding these matters
  • Complete employee wage verification request forms for mortgage approvals, public assistance, domestic relations, and other agencies
  • Answer employee inquires concerning all pay related issues

Qualifications (Education, Training and Experience):
  • High School Graduate or equivalent required
  • Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills
  • Prior experience in payroll or related field preferred, at minimum 2 years
  • Experience in multi-state/multi-corp

Position located in Schnecksville, PA

1 day work from home option available - day based on payroll schedule

Competitive Pay: Starting salary $40,000
