Payroll Specialist

The Fabulous Fox Theatre is seeking a full-time Payroll Accountant to join our finance team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and maintaining related accounting records.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll
• Managing employee benefits, taxes, and other payroll deductions
• Processing and reconciling employee benefit and tax payments
• Importing payroll data into the general ledger
• Performing general ledger account reconciliations
• Completing bank reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with payroll processing and general ledger accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accounting degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Proven ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Proficiency with computer systems and accounting software

Pay: $51,017.78 - $61,440.76 per year
