Bookkeeper.com is a progressive organization with a staff of highly trained individuals who have many years of experience in their fields. We currently have a position available for a full-time Payroll Specialist within our company. As a member of our team, you must have the ability to work efficiently in our fast-paced environment. You should bring relevant experience, strong self-motivation, a keen sense of urgency, and a collaborative team mindset. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Process payroll for multiple businesses across the United States
· Review and distribute Quarterly payroll tax returns
· Review and distribute annual W-2’s
· Provide all documents required based on our client’s needs
· Consult with clients on payroll-related matters
· Prepare payroll audits & census reports
· Research and resolve payroll tax notices
· Register clients for state tax accounts
· Process garnishments, retirement contributions, and other benefit-related payments
Job Requirements
Requirements for the Payroll Specialist are as follows:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
· At least 2 years of payroll experience (preferred)
· Strong organizational skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Effective time management abilities
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience with ADP systems (preferred)
Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
