Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a multi-client environment and serves as a trusted resource for client companies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. As a Payroll Specialist, you won't just be pushing buttons; you'll be a vital partner to our clients, ensuring their most valuable assets – their people – are paid accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process full-cycle payroll for multiple client companies in iSolved
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Audit payroll data for accuracy including wage garnishments, tax jurisdictions, and benefit deductions.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience, preferably in a PEO, HRO, or multi-client environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency with iSolved payroll software (required)
  • Strong working knowledge of federal and multi-state payroll tax regulations
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) designation is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing across 10 or more states
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages shifting priorities with composure
