Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage and process employee payroll accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and high standards of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain payroll records, including salaries, deductions, bonuses, and overtime

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and GOSI requirements

Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, and deductions

Prepare payroll reports and support finance reconciliation processes

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee data updates

Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure proper calculation in payroll

Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) requirements
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing

Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and payroll regulations

Experience with payroll systems and HRIS

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Preferred:

Experience in KSA payroll and GOSI system

Knowledge of WPS and Mudad platform
