Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently using system ADP.
• Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations by staying updated on tax laws and reporting requirements.
• Manage benefits administration related to payroll deductions and contributions.
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy for employee hours, salary adjustments, and other compensation data.
• Reconcile payroll accounts regularly to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and accounting teams to support HRIS data management and reporting needs.
• Support HR in general: onboarding, offboarding, employees files, and others daily routine.

Experience

• Proven experience in payroll management using popular software.
• Demonstrated ability to handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent analysis skills to interpret payroll data and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Experience working with various accounting software platforms like QuickBooks or PeopleSoft is a plus.
• Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing is highly desirable.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
