We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with strong Data Analysis capabilities to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage payroll operations while extracting actionable insights from complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage and process accurate payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Analyze payroll data and related financial information to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create advanced Excel models, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, and complex formulas to streamline payroll and reporting tasks.
- Generate detailed reports and dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights for management decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data integrity and support audits.
Qualifications
- BBA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Minimum three years of proven experience in payroll administration combined with data analysis expertise.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including proficiency in formulas, data visualization, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of ERP/software and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
