Key Responsibilities:

• End to end payroll processing for employees
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and WPS requirements
• Prepare payroll reports and financial reconciliations
• Support internal and external payroll audits
• Manage payroll for a large employee base.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of payroll experience in the UAE
• Strong experience in the retail industry
• Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS system
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle large scale payroll operations.
