Payroll Specialist Officer

Overview

Job Details:

Manage complete personnel administration activities, including employment contracts, addendums, termination letters, internal memos, and related HR documents.

Maintain and regularly update employee personal files and prepare

Prepare civil contracts, salary summaries, payroll sheets, and invoices linked to processed payments.

Receive and process sick leave documents while ensuring proper compliance with company rules and regulations.

Handle maternity leave documentation and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.

Prepare and manage employee leave requests and issue official approvals in accordance with policy.

Calculate monthly salaries accurately and ensure payroll is processed on time without delays.

Stay updated with labor laws and social security regulations to ensure full compliance in all HR processes.

Ensure all employment-related documents are properly maintained, organized, and legally compliant.

Prepare internal HR reports and provide required data and summaries to management when needed.

Assist other departments with HR documentation and coordination tasks when required.

Support continuous improvement in HR processes to ensure better efficiency and accuracy.

Job Experience Requirements

Higher education in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HR or payroll position.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good computer knowledge.

Excellent command of MS Office, especially MS Excel.

High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information responsibly.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
