Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing using platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, and UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Oversee benefits administration, employee data entry, and payroll reconciliation activities to maintain data integrity
  • Support corporate accounting functions including general ledger accounting, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation tasks
  • Collaborate with human resources teams to optimize HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and Kronos for seamless payroll integration
  • Develop and refine sales software products by analyzing user requirements, testing new features, and troubleshooting technical issues related to sales automation tools
  • Conduct detailed analysis of payroll data and financial reports to identify discrepancies or areas for process improvement
  • Maintain thorough documentation of payroll procedures, system configurations, and product updates to ensure compliance and facilitate training

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with payroll management using systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation
  • Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or other accounting tools used in corporate settings
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or Kronos; knowledge of benefits administration is a plus
  • Technical aptitude in sales software development or support; experience with CRM or sales automation tools preferred
  • Excellent analysis skills for reviewing financial data, performing account reconciliation, and troubleshooting software issues
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while maintaining high accuracy in data entry and processing

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
