<Job Summary>
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Payroll/Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage payroll processing, oversee onboarding procedures for new hires, and ensure accurate financial and HR data entry. Your expertise will help us deliver a seamless employee experience while maintaining compliance with financial and HR standards.

<Responsibilities>

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently using payroll management software.
• Manage onboarding procedures for new employees, including data entry into HRIS systems.
• Reconcile accounts related to payroll, benefits administration, and accounts payable/receivable
• Support benefits administration processes as needed
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.

<Requirements>

• Proven experience with payroll management systems.
• Knowledge of human resources processes including onboarding and benefits administration
• Ability to analyze financial data accurately and perform account reconciliation tasks
• Excellent attention to detail in data entry and bookkeeping activities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
