PBM Customer Service Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PBM Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and client services within the pharmacy benefit management sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist pharmacies, members, and clients with their pharmacy benefit questions and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution of issues.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other applications effectively for documentation and reporting purposes.
• Demonstrate excellent phone and written etiquette while communicating with pharmacies, customers, and colleagues.
• Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall client experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service role is required, especially in a call center environment.
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards within the industry.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
