Job Summary and Qualifications

What will you do in this role?

  Greet callers with hospitality and professionalism

• 
  Route incoming calls

• 
  Operate the public address system

What qualifications will you need?

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent is needed

• 
  Prior customer service or telephone experience is preferred
