Job Summary and Qualifications

• This individual must realize the importance of the PBX Operator to the overall function of communication to patients, physicians, employees and emergency procedures.
• This employee must be able to operate all PBX equipment under stressful day to day situations as well as in emergencies.
• Responsible for memorizing systems involving pagers/paging, cell phones, emergency codes and procedures, and all other methods of communications

What qualifications you will need:

• 1-2 year experience preferred.
• Articulate communication skills.
• Customer Service skills extremely important for both direct and indirect exposure to patients, visitors, and many others who will interface with MCM.
