The position is for a House Agent.

House Agent:

- W2 Employee (401k match, Group Health, Dental & Vision, Paid Time Off)

- $20+ per hour

- House Agent keeps 90% of agency fees

- Eligible for a monthly book Growth Bonus after 6 months

- We have an in house CSR that the House Agent would work with

- no charge for office space

- paid for holidays and when the office is closed for inclement weather

- we pay for marketing & prospecting events

- opportunity to also sell Life, Health, Medicare and Annuity products (we have 200+ carriers)

Office hours are:

- Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

- Friday 8:30 am - 1:30 pm

We have an amazing platform:

- Our Home Office is in Springfield, MO

- Remote offices in Rolla, MO, Marshfield, MO, & Aurora, MO, plus a 2nd location in Springfield, MO

- We currently have 12 P&C Team Members

- Over 40 direct to carrier P&C contracts (Personal & Commercial)
